Our Courses
So you want a polytechnic diploma? Any one of the other polytechnics can give you that. But if you're looking to get something more out of your education, then check out the wide range of diploma courses Republic Polytechnic (RP) can offer you. Surely 14,000 students must mean that we're doing something right, no?
At RP, you can choose to study one of the 39 full-time courses we offer. Each diploma course will take you three years to complete and are conducted in the English medium. You will also need to take prescribed modules to fulfil the academic requirements for graduation. If you like engineering but you're not sure which type of engineering course would interest you, then check out our common engineering programme. You can then apply for one of the nine engineering courses at the end of your first year in RP.
Our three newest diploma courses available in 2012 would appeal to the researcher and tech geek in you. The Diploma in Consumer Behaviour and Research (R48) will teach you about what makes a consumer tick and what ticks them off while the Diploma in Mobile Software Development (R47) will not only let you play with the latest mobile gadgets in class, you will also learn how to make money from it.
