What makes RP unique is our problem-based learning (PBL) approach where students are faced with real-life issues to solve. Students are to come up with credible solutions for each issue presented. In RP, they are provided a chance to take on different roles and work in diverse teams every day to solve problems – just like in the workplace.

Companies that have engaged SMC students as interns have found them to be resourceful, great communicators and are skilled problem solvers.

RP's internship programme is designed to allow students to apply the knowledge, skill sets and techniques gain from the classroom into real working environment. We welcome industry partners to participate in our internship programme and allow our students to gain valuable working experience in your company.

      INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Students undergo the internship programme in their final year of study. The internship programme lasts for 20 weeks and is a graduation criteria.

If you are keen to engage our students to be interns in your company, please complete the application form providing a detailed job description (JD) of the position(s) offered to enable us to identify suitable students for the position(s).
