RP Men's team starting off the race with a bang!
RP's men's team managed to clock the fastest timing for the Open Men 20-crew category on the first day and won the silver medal on the second day.
The men's team captain, Muhammad Yasser Ithnin from RP's Diploma in Biomedical Electronics shared, "I felt that my guys did great and I believe it signifies that they can accomplish many great things as a team."

On the other hand, the RP's women's team had a rocky start, obtaining the 11th position out of 17 teams in the Open Women 10-crew heats. Despite the setback, they did not give up and kept pushing on, improving their timing by about 16 seconds in the semi-finals. Their determination was duly rewarded as they eventually secured a silver medal.
The vice-captain for the women's team, Aifaa Liyana Bte Norazhar from RP's Diploma in Outdoor and Adventure Learning (R33) was pleased with her team's achievement. She said, "This achievement in PA paddle is a good morale booster for the team and we are more motivated to perform to our fullest for the upcoming Polytechnic-ITE (POL-ITE) games."
RP congratulates the team and wish them best of luck in all future competitions!
