Strategies

Problem-based Learning (PBL) as Methodology for Course Delivery

PBL will be adopted as the methodology for delivery of all courses. The PBL pedagogy promotes self learning and discovery through the process of understanding, analysing and solving open-ended real-world problems by small groups of students facilitated by a tutor.

Synchronous and Asynchronous Learning Environment

Students will be supported by high-speed wireless communication network to enable them to learn and communicate anytime and anywhere within the campus in a synchronous or asynchronous mode.

Business and other Enrichment Courses

Students will be exposed to both business and enrichment modules as part of the curriculum. These courses serve to provide an all-rounded education to the students by exposing them to other areas like business management, history, personal development, etc.

Close linkages with Industry

Students will be working on real-world projects from the industry. This will equip them with the practical skills to handle real-world problems, thus enabling them to contribute more effectively to the industry upon their graduation.
