GIRO Arrangement

GIRO arrangement is the easiest and most convenient way to pay for your course fees amongst the other modes highlighted here. It is one-time application which authorizes the school to deduct the amount payable from a valid bank savings or current account.

The deduction date from your bank account is normally on week 5 of a semester. Students will be notified of the deduction date via their RP's official email account in the form of tax invoice and a notification two weeks before the deduction date. Application for GIRO can be done online here.

EPayment

Credit/Debit Card
To pay via Electronic Payment (EPayment) using credit/debit cards, you will need to get ready information of your Master/Visa/AMex credit/debit cards before accessing this link
here.

Debit Card
To pay via Electronic Payment (EPayment) using existing internet banking account, you can do so through this link
here.

NETS

Network Electronic Transfers (NETs) payment can be made using an ATM card at the RP’s One-Stop Centre during the following operating hours:

Mondays - Saturdays: 8:30am - 6:00pm
(Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays)

Cash/Cheques

Payments using cheques or bank drafts have to be made personally over the bank counter. The cheques or bank drafts drawn from a Singapore registered bank should be crossed and made payable to the “Republic Polytechnic”.

It is important to note that you are liable to pay an administrative charge of $21.50 if you choose to pay cash/cheque through the bank but fail to:

a. write your NRIC/ FIN number, name, the bank account number and
telephone number on the reverse of your cheque
b. collect the deposit slips from the bank, then scan a copy and email
    to help-registrar@rp.sg

If you need personal assistance to plan, to understand the payment of your course fees, or to seek information on related matters, please email help-registrar@rp.sg. In this email, please include your name and contact number so that we can contact you directly to clarify if required.
