Note
-
Please refer to the DAE website at
http://myrp.edu.sg/dae/local/
for more details.
-
Students who have been awarded a place
through DAE must enroll during the DAE
Enrolment period. Failure to turn up for
enrolment would mean that your offer is
forfeited.
-
Applications through DAE will only be
considered if there are any remaining
vacancies after all other admission
exercises have ended.
-
Selection criteria for admission into
our courses are based on academic merit
and the planned intake of the course.
-
Priority will be given to those who have
yet to earn an opportunity to study in
one of the Polytechnics in
Singapore.
-
For DAE application,
it is likely that students who fulfill
the minimum entry requirements and 2008
JAE Cut-off Points are unable to secure
a place in our courses, especially with
popular courses. Admission is subjected
to the vacancies of the courses at the
point of posting.
-
To ensure that more
students are able to secure a place for
polytechnic education; Students who have
enrolled into a polytechnic during the
2008 admissions exercises will
automatically have their DAE application
rendered void as they have already
secured a polytechnic seat. RP may
contact other polytechnics for
verification of the status of the
applicant..
-
As the DAE results
will be released in late March and early
April, DAE applicants are strongly
encouraged to plan early as they may
fail to secure a place in RP.
