Accommodation
Before coming to Singapore, successful
international applicants should ensure that they
will have a place to stay upon arrival. Republic
Polytechnic’s one-stop service centre may be

finding accommodation.
Rental per month ranges from S$250 per room
(double occupancy) in public housing to about
S$850 per room (single occupancy) in a private
apartment

student hostel and priority will be
given to first year international students,
Living expenses: On average,
you should budget at least $450 to $650 per
month for food, transport, entertainment and
other miscellaneous needs
Purchase of notebook/laptop:
It is necessary for RP student to own a notebook
as teaching delivery mode is conducted through
RP e-learning environment. On average, the
notebook prices range from $1,500 to $3,000.
