We developed our employee health and family friendly systems according to the HEALTH (Helping Employees Achieve Lifetime Health) and Family Friendly Employer Awards frameworks so as to ensure that adequate attention is given to these areas. The people satisfaction indicators have clearly demonstrated that our staff are pleased and appreciative of our efforts.
