Corporate Planning
The year end corporate planning exercise was held from 23 to 24 November 2006 during which the five-year Strategic Plan was presented and discussed. A review of the corporate performance for 2006 was also conducted, as well as the formulation of corporate plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 2007. Results of the Employee Engagement Survey & 2006 Organisation Climate Survey were shared with participants.
