Statement by the Polytechnic Board of Governors
In our opinion, the accompanying financial statements of Republic Polytechnic as set out on pages 4 to 25 are drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Republic Polytechnic Act (Cap. 270, 2003 Revised Edition) and the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Polytechnic as at 31 March 2007 and of the results, changes in accumulated surplus and cash flows of the Polytechnic for the financial year then ended.
