What makes you stay at RP?
There are many reasons. The main ones are that I like the people I work with, that the job is challenging, that I am always learning something new and that I can apply my previous experience and knowledge to new situations. I get a huge amount of support from my friends and colleagues, and that is a real incentive to stay with the RP team.
What do you like most about your job?
It’s different to anything I’ve done before, and yet involves a lot of common elements from previous jobs. The work is varied (sometimes too varied!) but that brings me into contact with talented people from different backgrounds, from whom I can learn and absorb information. So I am constantly able to upgrade my skills and broaden my knowledge base.
Why did you choose RP?
When I found out about RP, it just seemed such a different and unique concept that I had to find out more about it. The people I met and talked to at the interview stage were all very positive and enthusiastic; it was obvious that they were committed to making RP a success. That’s the kind of team I want to work in...so I joined RP!
Reasons to work in RP
All of the above. Plus, it is a good environment, I have found that my efforts are recognised and rewarded, and Management does listen to new ideas and gives them serious consideration. There is room to grow here. All you have to do is put down some roots and tap into the energy of the organisation.
