What makes you stay at RP?
RP has a good working culture and I have colleagues who are open and friendly. The job provides challenges and I am not bound to a single task. Interacting with students and watching them grow in their learning also gives me a sense of satisfaction.What do you like most about your job?
The friendly work-life balance practices. I also enjoy the chance to try new things, and to focus on areas of interest directly related to my job scope.
Why did you choose RP?
I chose RP as it was a chance to do something different, to be involved in setting up a new institution of higher learning.
