Centre for Culture and Communication - Senior Executive

The Centre for Culture and Communication (CCC) is looking for a people-centred and IT-savvy problem-solver to provide administrative support in the following areas:

  • Facilitate industry collaboration
  • Assist Program Chair to manage student portfolio development and final year projects
  • Coordinate creative engagement
  • Serve as liaison officer for Graduate and Alumni Affairs
  • Assist to manage student welfare

The nature of this job requires a mature candidate who is meticulous, responsible, and sensitive to the needs of CCC’s various stakeholders including staff, students and industry players. He/she should also have a strong sense of urgency, be independent and pro-active in solving problems. Knowing Microsoft Excel is a definite plus.

We invite applications from individuals who possess a good degree in Communications or Humanities or equivalent. Those with a desire to teach will be considered favourably.

Applicants with 2-3 years of experience in administration will have an advantage.
