Centre of Innovation for Supply Chain Management - Assistant Manager/Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities

You will prepare monthly management reports to the Centre's stakeholders and monitor that the Key Performance Indicators for the Centre are on track. You will also manage the Centre's budget, procurement and marketing communications matters.

In addition, you will also plan and coordinate the Centre's events and activities (eg. outreach programmes, seminars and courses), and provide support in other operational and administrative functions.

Job Requirements

  • A good degree in business or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Prior procurement and/or marketing experience would be an advantage.
  • Resourceful, organised and able to multi-task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hands-on person with the ability to work with people at all levels
