Management Support Officer (MSO)
Responsibilities
- Support brand recall, recognition, and perception study among stakeholders
- Execute brand messages using innovative promotional tools and channels
- Be a "tour guide" to guests on campus, explain and showcase projects by staff and students
- Strategise, differentiate, and position the organisation favourably
- Address negative perceptions with targeted through-the-line marketing campaigns to change stakeholder opinions
- Measure campaign results and budgeting
- A resourceful, articulate and independent worker who will source and negotiate with internal and external parties to create brand awareness for the organisation and collaboration opportunities
- A results-oriented and creative marketer who has an eye for details and explore different channels (print, online and social media) to increase brand awareness and stakeholder loyalty
- A diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Public Relations, Advertising or Business Development
- Traditional, new media, guerrilla and "word of mouth" marketing
- Identifying trends in youth market
- Copywriting, video production, design and advertising
Administrative Associate
Responsibilities
- Reply enquiries sent to the department
- Compile and keep track of daily financial matters, invoicing/reconciliation and budgeting
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration or Accountancy, with at least one year’s working experience as an Accounts/Finance Executive
- A meticulous and independent worker who will help manage the daily administrative matters in the department
- Willingness to work off-site, own a personal laptop, and accept tasks on a daily basis
