Assistant Manager/Senior Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate on Campus Development matters
- Carry out quarterly updates and review of QEHS documents and procedures
- Oversee and coordinate on certification matters pertaining to Business Excellence, SPRING BE 4-in-1 and Green Campus initiatives
- Coordinate matters related to statutory requirement of buildings in campus
Job Requirements
- Good degree in any discipline (preferably with good honours), with experience in facilities and property management preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A sound team player
- Resourceful, proactive and a self-starter
- Sound planning and organizing skills, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time
- Must be IT savvy
