Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate on Campus Development matters
  • Carry out quarterly updates and review of QEHS documents and procedures
  • Oversee and coordinate on certification matters pertaining to Business Excellence, SPRING BE 4-in-1 and Green Campus initiatives
  • Coordinate matters related to statutory requirement of buildings in campus

 Job Requirements

  • Good degree in any discipline (preferably with good honours), with experience in facilities and property management preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A sound team player
  • Resourceful, proactive and a self-starter
  • Sound planning and organizing skills, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time
  • Must be IT savvy
