Senior Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Manager
(Learning Management Service)

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, deploy and support the learning management solutions for RP
  • Perform continuous change management with stakeholders to ensure the effective use of learning management solution

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 2-12 years of IT experience is preferred. Those with more years of experience will be considered for senior positions
  • A hardworking, dynamic, creative person who takes initiative and able to multi-task and handle diverse portfolios
  • Able to work independently and as a team player to the applications, infrastructure and security team, or other stakeholders
  • Familiar with education environment will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with different end point device/products
  • Preferably have experience in one or more of the followings:
    • MS sharepoint or .net environment
    • Products such as Blackboard, Desire2Learn, Moodle
    • Webcast and social media tools

Assistant Manager/Manager (Technical Service)

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide technical design and manage the development for interface requirements and solutions for enterprise application integration
  • To manage the software development for developing common services and application architecture components including defining requirements, reviewing technical solution and design, and conducting system acceptant test
  • To provide technical leadership to application support team for software configuration management, software deployment, software environment configuration control, data migration, and application troubleshooting

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, equivalent or above
  • At least 4-5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in developing and/or maintaining software application with various types of external interfaces
  • Knowledge of application integration, SOA, Middleware, and Web Services
  • Working experience in 3 or more of the following:
    • .NET platform and programming
    • HTML, XML
    • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & 2008
    • SQL database stored procedure programming
    • SharePoint implementation
    • Software configuration management
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to advocate new ideas and contribute to the improvement of the technical services team
  • Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
