Senior Executive (Admissions Systems)

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in the review of existing process and procedures and further propose enhancements to admissions-related IT systems;
  • To conduct feasibility studies on the integration of the processes and propose systems and other related satellite systems to support the processes;
  • To identify the key business requirements for new admissions-related IT systems, and work with appointed vendors on systems design and implementation;
  • To work closely with academic departments in managing the transfer of data as well as the maintenance of proper and updated records;
  • To review, plan and deliver customer-centric support services and procedures;
  • To compile application/enrolment data and statistics.

Job Requirements

  • A good degree in any discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience preferably from another institution;
  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and diverse portfolios;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  • IT savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in programming (e.g. .NET, Java) or systems analysis would be advantageous
