Senior Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for academic-related matters including university articulation, class facilitation scheduling, student final year projects and correspondence with external parties
- Assist in monitoring professional development training for staff and render support on student service matters such as leave of absence, mentoring and interest groups
- Coordinate with web master in updating and maintaining school website and provide assistance to school publicity events involving industry and secondary schools
- Collate data and update records in support of corporate audits and budgeting matters
- Assume ad-hoc assignments and projects as and when required
Job Requirements
- A strong team player with the ability to work well with people at all levels
- Meticulous with good administrative, communication and coordination skills
- Proactive with a drive to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent. Fresh degree graduates are welcome to apply
