Job Responsibilities
- Maintain general safety, security, access and maintain overall environment and appearance of training facilities including restaurants, kitchens and offices to adhere to requirements by authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory of assets and systems
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Assist in management of budgets, tender and procurement
- Health, safety and risk management
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Good degree from a recognised university with at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skills
- Sound planning and organising skills with good time management
- IT Savvy
