- Assistant Manager/Senior Executive (Administration)

Job Responsibilities

You will organise and manage the administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of an educational school.

Your duties will include the administration and tracking of student development portfolios, Continuing Education & Training (CET) programme, budget and procurement.  You will provide administrative support to an academic team including the generation of reports and the analysis of trends, and administer the student lifecycle from admission to graduation.

Job Requirements

  • Good degree in any discipline
  • Administering and managing students related matters
  • Good command of English writing skills
  • In-depth knowledge and application of social media platforms
  • A team player that possesses good organisation, project management and communication skills
  • Experience working in an educational setting will be an advantage
