International Programme in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Admissions

Admission to IPPHM is competitive and is based on merit. Not all candidates who meet the minimum entry requirements will necessarily be accepted.

For each academic year, it is intended to admit 25 students into the IPPHM.

Candidates who have fulfilled the following criteria are invited to submit their applications for admission into the IPPHM. Candidates must have:

  • Enrolled in the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences (DPHM) programme offered by Republic Polytechnic
  • Completed the necessary pre-requisite modules (as set by the programme)
  • Achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.3 and above to be eligible for the Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science at the end of their second year
  • Achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above to be eligible for the Bachelor of Pharmacy at the end of their second year
Applications for IPPHM from students in this category open in September and close in November 2010 for academic year 2010/2011.
