Diploma in Customer Relationship and Service Management (R34)

About the Programme

This is a unique programme in Singapore that focuses on customer orientation - the secret behind every successful organisation. Here, students will be taught skills that are critical in delivering a top-class total customer experience. By inculcating a customer-centric mindset of service excellence, the programme aims to raise the standards of service in the companies they work for, and create value for the customers.

Programme Objectives

The Diploma in Customer Relationship and Service Management programme prepares students in the following areas:
  • Use customer management skills to identify customers’ needs, manage their expectations and address conflicts.
  • Apply Customer Relationship Management in businesses to build and maintain profitable customers.
  • Employ service excellence framework to address service issues and improve customer service standards.

  • Account and Relationship Officer/Executive/Manager
