Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management (R37)

About the Programme

This programme aims to empower a new generation of hospitality graduates by giving them a comprehensive and broad-based education that integrates the principles of service quality with the fundamentals of hospitality operations and management.

They will learn critical hospitality skills in the state-of-the-art training hotel. The lessons will focus on the three main operating areas of a hotel – front office, restaurant and housekeeping. Students will also have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the industry.

Programme Objectives

The Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management prepares students for the following domain areas:
  • Operational and management skills in hotel operations
  • Application of knowledge via usage of Hospitality Information Systems
  • Application of customer service skills to identify and exceed customers’ expectations
