Terms and Conditions

For Eco Picnic Competition
  1. The eco picnic competition is open to members of public.
  2. Each family is limited only to ONE registration entry. Additional entries from the same family will not be accepted.
  3. The family picnic goodie bag will be given to the FIRST 400 approved signups.
  4. Family members of NEA & RP staff and students are not eligible for this competition. However, they can be part of the staff and student competition. RP staff can sign up here. RP students can sign up here.
  5. Participants are encouraged to be as eco friendly as they can be during the competition
  6. The judges' decisions on the winners of the eco picnic competition are final
  7. The organizer reserves the right to effect changes in the program and competition due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice to the participants.
  8. The organizer shall not be held liable for the loss of and/or damage to the property of any of the participants and/or their guests, during this event.
  9. Republic Polytechnic shall not be held liable to any accident or injury occurring to any person during the event.
For Coloring Competition
  1. This competition is open to children from 4 to 6 years old.
  2. Participants are to bring their own colouring materials.
  3. Registration starts at 0800 hours.
  4. Competition duration is from 0800hrs to 0930hrs.
  5. All entries are to be submitted by 1000hrs sharp.
