Eureka Symposium

Each year, Republic Polytechnic organises a Science Symposium called Eureka to serve as a platform for students to hear and exchange ideas with notable speakers from academia and industry. Our objective is to present different aspects of scientific research and development in Singapore and to raise collective awareness of the direction in which science is heading here.

This year’s theme is “Science and the Pursuit of Happiness”. Distinguished speakers from industry and academia will share their knowledge on how science can be used as a tool to achieve happiness, in a broader sense. We intend to showcase the environmental and engineering technology applications, and entrepreneurs will be invited to talk on capitalizing on science for economic growth.
