PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS (FOR SCHOOL SIGN-UPS)

  1. An invoice will be issued to the participating school at the start of the programme.
  2. Payment can be made via IFAAS or cheque payable to ‘Republic Polytechnic'.
  3. Cheque payment: please indicate the following at the back of the cheque:
    • Invoice number
    • Name of school
    • Eureka 08 Symposium
  4. There will be no refund of participation fees for withdrawal or absenteeism of participants. However, we will be able to accept a replacement in place of the participant.
  5. Registration will be closed once the quota for the camp has been reached.
