Programme
Service-learning
is an educational method that enriches learning by
engaging students in meaningful service to the community. Under
service-learning, students apply critical thinking and
problem-solving skills to tackle real-world issues such as
environment pollution, poverty, hunger etc. Since our inception, our
service-learning teams have travelled to countries as far as
Cambodia, China, India, Sri Lanka and Thailand to work with the
locals.
We hope that our service-learning initiative can involve more of our
students so that they can experience a more holistic education with
us. On average, each project that involves approximately 20 students
cost between S$5,000 to S$10,000 to fund (the operating component).
We seek sponsors from organization or individuals.
