Synopsis
This workshop is based on Ned Herrmann’s Whole Brain® model which provides a metaphorical interpretation of how we think and identifies our preferred ways of communicating. Knowledge of this model will provide leaders with a powerful conceptual framework which can be used to help them understand and deal with the different people and challenges they face.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, you should be able to:

- Recognise the four dominant thinking styles
- Analyse work tasks and activities to determine which thinking styles are needed

- The core program is a workshop revolving around practice, coaching and feedback.
