Career Coaches

Career coaching is an interactive process during which an assigned career coach facilitates and guides you through a process of career discovery and action planning in a series of sessions.

Career Coaches begin by looking at your career in context of the overall life you desire using the card sorts.

-

What matters most to you?

-

What is your purpose in life?

-

What are you passionate about?

-

What do you enjoy doing?

-

What gifts do you have to offer?

-

What are your values?

Once you’ve clarified these foundations, Career Coaches will bring in your skills and experiences to clarify your ideal career. And, to look at what’s holding you back from achieving your vision and put together an actionable plan to put your ideal career into motion.

Do you need a quick chat on career?

You can make an appointment for a quick chat on your career, simply by sending an email to help-studentcareer@rp.edu.sg. Initial appointments are 30 minutes long. If necessary, a follow-up appointment can be made. Please note that Career Coaching is a heavily utilized service and some waiting periods are usual. Sign up now to embark together with a career coach on a journey to know more about yourself and your career directions.
