RP's National Day Awards 2007 Recipients

This year, RP is proud to have 4 National Day Award Recipients.  We would like to extend our congratulations to Mr Lee Hsien Yang, Prof Low Teck Seng, Ms Mary Tan and Dr Wang Jianguo.

Congratulations to Mr Lee Hsien Yang (Chairman) for receiving the The Meritorious Service Medal for his contributions to Singapore.

The Meritorious Service Medal is awarded to any person who has performed within Singapore, service of conspicuous merit characterised by resource and devotion to duty, including long service marked by exceptional ability, merit and exemplary conduct. In exceptional circumstances, the Medal is awarded to any person who has performed, outside Singapore, service of conspicuous merit characterised by resource and devotion of duty, including service marked by exceptional ability, merit and exemplary conduct.

 

 

Congratulations to Prof Low Teck Seng (Principal and CEO) for receiving the The Public Administration Medal (Gold) for his contributions to education in Singapore.

The Public Administration Medal is awarded to any person who is or has been in the service of any organisation, association or body rendering services in the field of education, for outstanding efficiency and competence. There are 3 grades of the Medal, namely, gold, silver and bronze.

 

Congratulations to Ms Mary Tan (Director, Finance) for receiving The Public Administration Medal (Silver) in recognition of her contributions to education in Singapore.

The Public Administration Medal is awarded to any person who is or has been in the service of any organisation, association or body rendering services in the field of education, for outstanding efficiency and competence. There are 3 grades of the Medal, namely, gold, silver and bronze.

 

Congratulations to Dr Wang Jianguo (Assistant Director (Academic), School of Engineering) for receiving The Commendation Medal in recognition of his contributions to education in Singapore.

The Commendation Medal is awarded to any person in the service of any organisation, association or body rendering services in the field of education, who has distinguished himself through commendable performance and conduct, or significant efficiency, competence and devotion to duty.
