Re: Feedback on qsm@rp.sg - May 2007 (Compliment)

I would like to comment on Mr Goh Liang Song. From the very beginning, my encounter with him has been pleasant and unforgettable.

It all started when I enrolled my brother in the Poly. Due to some technical mistake, his name was missed out. When I sent my email to QSM, Mr Goh replied and gave me assurance that everything was ok and I could come down to enrol on the 5th April. On the day of enrolment, the counter had problem searching for my brother’s name. Fortunately, he was there and instantly he responded to them and told them the situation. I was amazed that he could remember my brother’s name. Our enrolment day went on smoothly and we had no problems.

Not only that, when I posted the QSM, he responded on time. The most recent one, when we requested to print the student status, he guided us on how to get it done online. Unfortunately, due to some technical problem, we were unable to do so. I wrote to him again to request him to help me print the letter, as I need to submit to MINDEF for NS deferment. Again, he responded promptly and told me to get my brother to collect in three days time. I kept thanking him as I felt he have done beyond his call of duty. He has been very helpful; my family and me appreciate it greatly.

Anyway, my general comment is that, all the staff in RP has done well in providing good service to everyone. My experience with this school has been a pleasant one. Cheers! You guys have done a good job. Keep it up!

Warmest regards,
Haslinda
