Staff is to guide students and employers through our internship programmes. Upon completion of the internship, the School Liaison Officer must validate that the intern has met all the school’s internship requirements.

Key Guidelines for Engaging Industry Partners
Schools/Centres should approach their own industry partners for
internship opportunities. There may be non-suitable companies, please consult your internship coordinator
here for advice.
Online Application by Company
Companies keen to participate in RP’s internship programmes must register their interest via
RP’s online internship application form. Upon submission of the online internship application form by the company,
an auto email alert will be routed to the relevant school’s internship coordinator for his/her necessary follow-up with the company.
School coordinators should respond to the company’s request for interns within 3 working days.
Incident Reports Standard Operating Procedures
The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for incident reports during internship are:

- Inform School Liaison officer as soon as possible (RP hotline: 6510 3000)
For School Liaison Officer
