In its 6th year running, Momentum 2013 - Republic Polytechnic’s Dance Festival is back on Monday, 6 May 2013 till Saturday, 11 May 2013. Set with a theme, SynchroniCITY, the festival presents how technology and modernity in our urban spaces exist seamlessly with our Asian traditional cultures and beliefs.
Last year’s Momentum has managed to reach out to more than 5,000 audiences with a student participation of more than 200.
Momentum 2013 showcases the best talents found in Singapore schools and institutions of higher learning, this week-long festival resonates the feelings of today’s youths and celebrates their love and appreciation for dance; from Ballet to BBoy and Cultural to Contemporary.
Republic Polytechnic’s Momentum dance festival 2013 invites one and all to redefine the artistic boundaries of dance and be inspired with some uplifting and magical moments on stage.
