MODES OF PAYMENT: CASH AND CHEQUE FAQs

Q1: How do I pay fees using cash or cheques?

A: You can go to any of the UOB/OCBC Bank branches to make your cash or cheque payment. Students must not drop their cheques in the quick cheque deposit box. Payment must be made over the bank counter.

To ensure the school records your payment, you must inform the counter staff to record your name and NRIC when making payment. Once payment is made, ask the counter staff to provide you with a deposit slip. If you are paying by cheque, the cheque must be payable to "Republic Polytechnic". You are required to write the student's name and NRIC/FIN on the reverse of the cheque.

Q2: Can I pay my fees via cash/cheque at the school or mail the cheque to the school?

A: No. The school does not collect cash/cheque from students. Cash/cheque payment has to be made at OCBC/UOB bank.

Q3: If I pay my fees by cash, how will you know that the payment is from me?

A: You have to pay cash at OCBC/UOB Bank at the counter. Inform the counter staff your NRIC/FIN and name so that the details will be recorded. You are required to get a deposit slip and keep it.
