(a) Scholarships will be offered and awarded to selected students with outstanding academic records, who are Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents and have completed at least one academic year at Republic Polytechnic. (b) Interviews will be conducted only for those scholarships for which the sponsors so require. How are bursaries awarded? (a) Bursaries are awarded to needy students with satisfactory (or good where specified by sponsors) academic performance who have completed at least one semester at Republic Polytechnic based on any criteria/limitations specifically applicable to each award. Factors such as total gross household income and number of members in the household will be taken into consideration. (b) Interviews will be conducted only for those bursaries for which the sponsors so require. Q: Are recipients of scholarship awards required to sign a bond with the sponsor? Not required. |
