CLUB POLICY

All full-time RP students shall be a member of the club relevant to the School in which he/she is enrolled. The clubs aim to organize activities that promote interest amongst its members consistent with the values and goals of RP.

Members may stand for and vote in an election. He/she may speak and vote at any meeting and participate in the club’s activities.

A club will be administered by a Management Committee made up of:

President
Honorary Secretary
Honorary treasurer
Other Members

With the exception of 2003, the members of the Management Committee shall be elected annually by the members of the club latest by the fifth week of the first semester.

A club may have the following standing committees:

Organising Committee
Publications Committee
Elections Committee
