One-Stop Centre (OSC) is the first point-of-contact between the student and the Polytechnic. As such, it is strategically located at RPC Level 1 for easy access to students as well as the public.

One-Stop Centre provides integrated services for staff, students, visitors and handles both routine and non-routine dealings requiring human interface.

The primary objective of the One-Stop Centre is to ensure that staff, students and visitors walk away with a pleasant feeling of being professionally and adequately served.

General Enquiries, Visitors, Staff and Students Counters which handle general enquiries and enquiries on RP courses, programmes, modules, study loans, on-campus accommodation, payment of fees, course withdrawals and facilitate issuance of student transcripts, attendance/result slips and deferment letters...
