Executive Scheme

Background

The executive scheme was created to allow Republic Polytechnic (RP) graduates to work in various departments in RP. With increasing scope of services and more demand for consistency and high quality of service, One-Stop Centre (OSC) is seeking to tap on the talent pool of good RP graduates to fill challenging positions in Corporate & Customer Services, Events & Technical Support Services and Project Management Services. The Scheme will also allow RP graduates who are awaiting entry into Universities the opportunity to gain work experience in the interim period. Positions are ideal for RP graduates taking up part-time degree courses or the next 2-3 years and seeking employment in the mean time. Usual working hours are 8am to 6pm, 5 days work week with occasion OT. Both male and female graduates are welcome to apply. Both RP and the Executive reserves the right to terminate the employment contract by giving one month’s notice.

Selection

Good academic results with RP referees is an advantage. Foreign graduates seeking to work in Singapore for fulfillment of bond are welcome to apply. The offer shall be subject to the graduate being offered a Letter of Invitation to take up Singaporean Permanent Residence (SPR) by Singapore Immigration Registration (SIR) and subsequently being granted SPR for non-Singaporean candidates. Applicants must displayed initiative, be resourceful, mature, responsible, possesses a pleasant disposition, willing to work in a customer service environment and able to commit for a minimum period of 12 months.
