LEAVE OF ABSENCE (LOA)

Description: http://www.rp.sg/osc/mailer/images/1.jpg

All LOA applications must be submitted within 3 working days from the last day of absence. For LOA cases involving a medical certificate, the application should be made in person to the One-Stop Centre (Counters 4 & 5) with the original medical certificate and Medical Report Form for Absence from Understanding Test (if applicable). For all other LOA cases, the application should be made online via the LOA portal (http://myrp.sg/LOA).

In addition, if the absence is for the Understanding Test 3 (UT 3) after Week 15, students must also inform RP by email to the LOA coordinator of their respective Schools/Centre within 24 hours of the first UT 3 missed, failing which they may not be allowed to take a supplementary Understanding Test 4 (UT 4).

Students are required to familiarise themselves with the procedures and conditions for LOA applications as mentioned here. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Note: Submitting falsified Medical Certificate is considered cheating and students who submit a falsified MC will be punished.

STUDENT FINANCE SYSTEM

To reduce waiting time at the queues, students are to check their outstanding school fees before joining the queues. Students can access http://www.myrp.sg/sfs to check their outstanding school fees.
