Medical Certificate Submission @ OSC

Students who were on leave due to medical grounds are required to submit their original Medical Certificates to OSC Student Counters immediately on the day that they return for lessons. OSC will apply for the Leave of Absence on behalf of the student.

Available for local calls only.

Instruction guide is available beside the kiosk station.

For printing, please ensure you have sufficient cash in your ez-link card upon printing.
