New Services at One-Stop Centre!

3. Call Centre Services for the RP Hotline (65103000) that were outsourced previously are now operated at OSC! Please email onestop@rp.sg if you have information which the public may call in to enquire about e.g. events, policies, registration details etc.
4. Are you still using the wrong version of Mediaring VoIP? Click here to install the latest version of Mediaring VoIP!
Did you know?
1. Receipts for official purchases (including Purchasing Card receipts) with values of $50 and above must be submitted to OSC! Click here to know more about the receipts submission requirement!
2. Changing workstations and AA lockers without going through the proper channel is wrong! All requests to change workstation should be sent to onestop@rp.sg for staff registry to be updated correctly! All exchange of workstation keys must be updated at OSC!
3. Table Skirtings and Display Panels are available for loan at OSC Counter 7 (Logistics)! Email onestop@rp.sg to find out more!
4. Photocopying Shop and Booklink now open at an earlier timing! Photocopying Shop opens at 8am while Booklink opens at 8.30am daily (weekdays, not including RP vacation period and PHs)! Click here for a list of staff items for withdrawal at Booklink!
