What is this service?

OSC has completed the first enhancement project for ez-link card readers used in attendance-taking during staff/student CE point events!

Attendance can now be taken with a simple tap of staff or student ez-link cards! Gone are the days of voting buttons and long queues for bar code scanning!

Who can request for this service?

All RP permanent staff are eligible to request for attendance-taking support from OSC.

How to request attendance-taking support?

Simply fill up the template and email it to onestop@rp.sg. Please provide at least 3 days notice else late requests are subjected to manpower constraints.

Why use our attendance-taking services?

• Remove the need to convert NRIC to Staff/Student ID
• No more long queues at the door!
• OSC provides complete service by sending the event organiser a list of staff or student IDs shortly after the event. In time to come, we will even upload the attendance on behalf of organisers!
• Reduced processing time
• Less prone to human errors
• Contactless (no more hassle of aiming barcode scanner at the card to scan NRIC barcode).

What is this service?

Staff who require temporary security access for their temp staff/vendors/visitors etc can request for temporary security access cards from OSC. We will coordinate with our Security Team colleagues to program the cards and issue them for your use.

All RP permanent staff are eligible to apply on behalf of the user.

How to apply?

Fill up the template and attach a passport-sized photograph in .jpg format with the user’s NRIC as filename and email them to onestop@rp.sg.

Why should you apply?

• Have your temp staffs’/ vendors’/ visitors’ access cards ready even before they arrive at RP!
• Your temp staffs’/ vendors’/ visitors’ (applicable to those who stay a minimum stay of 1 month in RP) access cards will look more professional with their photos on it.
• Improved security in RP with better identification of personnel.
• Returning temp staffs can now reserve their cards through their ROs.
