Project Heart for Hope
After months of preparations, a team of 2 SEG staff and 26 SEG students from Team Heart for Hope departed from Singapore for the nearby island of Batam, Indonesia, for the ISLP on 7 Oct 2014. During this 5-day project, the team served the Al-Jabar School in Batam Island.
TF SCALE Outbound - Malang: Not just all work and no play
Trepidation loomed in the air as 23 School of Infocomm (SOI) students embarked on the journey to Malang, Indonesia. But what seemed like an intimidating Student Overseas Trip (SOT) ended up as a fun-filled and self-enriching one.

5th International Friendship Seminar and 7th Youth Aikido Meet 2014
On the 25th and 26th of October 2014, Aikido IG co-hosted the 5th International Friendship seminar and also took part in the 7th Youth Aikido meet held annually.
POL-ITE Road Race 2014/15 @ Ngee Ann Polytechnic
On the 1st of November 2014, Athletics Long Distance finally won a medal after many long haul years for Team Republic! The medal was won in the first event for Athletics in POL-ITE 2014, Road Race - whereby the Athletics club across all Polytechnics and ITE came together and competed.
Ministry of Education (MOE)'s Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Ministry of Education (MOE)'s Special Education Needs Fund is made available for students that might require different and/or additional resources beyond what is conventionally available.
Needy Student Fund
The Needy Student Fund is initiated to help students from low-income families tide over their financial difficulties or unprecedented crisis due to various reasons (i.e. loss of main breadwinner in the family, hospitalisation…etc.).
RP Netball IG Trip To Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
A total of 17 girls from Netball IG went to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for 4 days to gain insight into playing against another foreign team, and to prepare the team for the upcoming POL-ITE games in November.
4D3N SOT Trip to Kuala Lumpur (Volleyball F IG)
Volleyball (F) IG, alongside with Volleyball (M) IG and Netball IG went on a 4D3N SOT Trip to Kuala Lumpur from 14 - 17 October 2014. This trip provided us with a platform to bond further as a team and provided the rewarding platform to hone our skills.
