1. How do I check if my child has been attending school?
You may check your child’s academic performance together with attendance via the link:
http://myrp.edu.sg/ORG/attendanceresult/default.aspx

2. Would RP inform me if my child is missing from classes?
Yes, RP would mail out a letter every week starting from week 3 of the academic semester if the student has been missing from school for 2 or more days of the same module.

3. I have difficulties communicating with my child, can RP help?
You may seek help from the counsellors at RP. For more information, you may visit the website.

4. My child is not interested in the course which he is doing; can he ask for a course transfer?
All students are expected to complete the course which they are enrolled into. However, under exceptional circumstances, students may request for a course transfer which may be allowed if there are vacancies. Nevertheless, students will not be allowed to transfer to any course if they did not meet the relevant cut-off point or other entry requirements for that course at the time of their entry. Students who wish to appeal for a course transfer should approach the Programme Chair of the course they are seeking to be admitted to. For students who are below 21 years of age, applications for course transfer must be countersigned by a parent or legal guardian. The decision of RP on any application for course transfer will be final.

5. My child is no longer interested in studying in RP; what is the withdrawal process?
Any student who wishes to withdraw need to initiate the withdrawal process by forwarding the intention through http://myrp.sg/scs/. He/she has to arrange a meeting with the Programme Chair and obtain clearance from the relevant departments as listed in the website. The withdrawal form has to be printed and submitted to One-Stop Centre.

This form needs to be signed by a Parent/Guardian if the student is below the age of 21 years. Please visit the Office of the Registrar website for details on payment of school fees in the event of withdrawal.
