About the Ceremony

1st July is Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Day. As part of the SAF Day celebration, rededication ceremonies are held all over Singapore so that NSmen and their employers can publicly reaffirm their commitment and support to our national defence effort. It is an event organised by employers that recognize the importance of the SAF and National Service as a long-term investment in the security, survival and success of Singapore.

This year, MINDEF has invited Republic Polytechnic to chair the Organising Committee for the SAF Day Combined Rededication Ceremony for companies and public sector organisations in the North/Northeast Zone. Mr. Khaw Boon Wan, Minister for Health and MP for Sembawang GRC, will grace this important event.
