Recruitment of Chiron Events Executives - Chiron Welcomes You!
Identifying both academic and physical importance, the Chiron management committee is always looking forward to serve you better. Events @ Chiron Club
Crystal Making Workshop 2007 – 8th to 12th October 2007
The crystal making workshop, organized by the Chiron Club, is a five-day workshop and competition, whereby Year 1 and 2 SAS students in teams of 5 put their laboratory skills and techniques to the test in a simple experiment involving the growing of salt crystals using copper(II) sulfate. Students were trained and assessed based on a broad categories associated with developing them to be better researchers in the laboratory environment. Some of these include their project organizations, lab techniques, experimental logs and their poster presentations at the end of the five-day workshop.
Chiron Month - November
Chiron Month aims to showcase all the activities and events that were organized and initiated by Chiron Club and all IGs under its umbrella, so as to raise awareness of the different aspect of science activities that are available for the SAS students. It is also a platform for SAS students to celebrate their achievements in these areas too.

Interested students who wish to enroll into the respective IGs can do so at this event as well.
SAS Career Week
The SAS Career Week, organized by the Chiron Club and supported by its IGs, is a week-long event, whereby professionals from different fields of applied science have been invited to present a talk to SAS students on career opportunities upon graduation from RP with their respective SAS diplomas. SAS students will be able to gain better insights on how they could plan their future path ahead.
