The iChef semi-finals cook-off on 12 November 2011 was very intense with some teams arriving at least an hour earlier to prepare themselves! The rule of the semi-finals specified that the dish needed to feature sponsored ingredients including USA chicken breast meat, Naturel Oil, Woh Hup sauces and Earl Grey Dilmah tea leaves.
