Charity Drive to mark the Official Opening of Restaurant Training Lab, Oliva on 6 January 2011

The longest sandwich measuring 91.3 m was created in 1 minute & 26 seconds by 70 chef instructors and students of the School of Hospitality on 6 January 2011. Representatives from the Singapore Book of Records and National Metrology Centre certified the achievement at the end of the attempt.
