"Chart your career" is an interactive process during which an assigned career coach facilitates and guides you through a process of career discovery and action planning in a series of sessions.

The process can help you clarify your ideas, provide support in decision making or provide you with a new perspective on your issues. However, it will not necessarily provide a quick fix solution to your career issues: instead it should be approached as part of a career planning process that requires an ongoing investment of your own time to provide the best outcomes for you.

Career coaches begin by looking at your career in context of the overall life you desire.

• What is your purpose in life?
• What are you passionate about?
• What do you enjoy doing?
• What gifts do you have to offer?
• What are your values?

Once you’ve clarified these foundations, our career coaches will bring in your skills and experiences to clarify your ideal career. And, to look at what’s holding you back from achieving your vision and put together an actionable plan to put your ideal career into motion.
